The shipping service used with this promotion is Royal Mail Tracked 48.
The delivery estimate on this service is approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch.

All orders below £20 will be subject to a £1.99 shipping fee for the same Tracked 48 service which is fulfilled by Royal Mail.

Three delivery upgrades are available at checkout: Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery and DPD Express.

Tracked 24 is available at flat rate of £2.90 per order. This charge does not increase with the number of items. It is fulfilled by Royal Mail, includes tracking, and is estimated to arrive within 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery costs an additional £5.65 per order plus 10p an item. It is guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm from dispatch.

DPD Express is charged at a flat rate of £6.20 per order. This charge does not increase with the number of items. The arrival estimate for this service is 1 working day from dispatch.

I always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Approximate dispatch estimates can be found on each item listing under the shipping & returns tab. Orders will be shipped in as few packages as possible.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase and wish to return it to me, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order please request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. Cancellation requests made after this time may be possible but cannot be guaranteed as production on your order may have already commenced.

Whilst every care will be taken with your order, if it does arrive damaged or defective please contact me within 14 days and I will arrange a replacement/refund as appropriate.

I can only accept returns on items that can be resold. This means that unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

• Items personalized with custom text or photos.

• Bespoke custom orders.

• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I aim to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible. Items are shipped in recyclable postage bags with protective recyclable packaging. Stickers on our packaging are bio-degradable where possible and our gift boxes are made in part from recycled materials.

International shipping is available to select countries through my Etsy shop and is fulfilled by Royal Mail Standard International postage.
